My session with Francie was incredible for so many reasons – first and foremost is simply because of Francie’s personality. She embodies pure goddess.
This photo session with Francie was one for the books. My favorite shoots are always the ones where both the client and I have the opportunity to laugh and click and just genuinely have an amazing time. The process always starts with the planning, picking the locations and the shot lists, and props if needed. After the client fills out their questionnaire, I then read and learn all I can about my client and their brand. All of this knowledge gathering really helps me to gain a solid understanding of the essence and vibe that my client is going for, allowing me to plan a shoot that is tailored just for them!
Once this information is completed, I put together a” Creative Document” that will outline the timelines, including dates and all pertinent information that involves the client’s session. Then comes the fun part — the shoot itself!
Francie made this session with her laugh and her courage to jump in front of the camera and let me take all of the photos I needed for her session. Francie is an aspiring entrepreneur, and nowadays she is working in consulting for a large accounting firm in Chicago, IL. But her life goals are so much bigger than just that! The goal for this shoot was to capture Francie in her element during this photoshoot, thereby allowing her to show her future clients and friends who she is and her “why.”
This session was created at The Studio Chicago. The bright natural light, white walls, and vast space made for the perfect setting, and I was able to capture Francie’s personality and her professionalism in all of the photos.
Francie chose her own outfits and also did her own makeup, which just goes to show you that less can truly be more in some situations. Isn’t she gorgeous?!
